While Staying Safe at Home, Discover a New One

While we stay safe at home, our conception of “home” takes on even greater meaning. Safety. Comfort. Family. A place to reflect on memories and experiences shared with those most important to us. Home has become our base for work, play, and everything else. This time at home provides the chance to reflect on what matters most and what’s important in life.

From the comfort of your home, let us show you around The Village at Flat Rock, NC at a time most convenient for you. Request a personalized virtual tour of what life is like here, and we can show you tiny cottage homes perfect for your needs. Now, more than ever, people are seeking out affordable, low-maintenance homes. We’re finding new ways to connect you to our communities virtually through private tours using Zoom, Facetime, Google Hangouts, or whatever connection service you prefer. The Village currently has several beautiful cottages that are move-in-ready and include landscaping, driveway, and outdoor living set-up. If you’re the HGTV type, you can view our curated collection of floorplans and customize a home for how you live with a remote discovery and design session.

Your virtual tour will also provide an inside look at The Village community, located just 30 minutes from the culture and energy of Asheville. Through a showing of our private amenities and a view of our beautiful gated property, you’ll get a feel for our grounds and the philosophy of our lifestyle Click here to start a conversation about setting up your virtual tour.

If you’d like to see how lifelike a virtual tour can be, Simple Life filmed a Facebook Live tour of two model homes at Lakeshore, our new cottage community in Oxford, Florida. This tour was created as an overview of model row for our social media community. Your virtual tour will be specifically tailored to your desires and needs, though. Facebook Live videos are recorded and posted live, but they are also cataloged for viewing after the live event ends. To view any of our live tiny home tours on Facebook visit the Simple Life Facebook page, click on the Videos tab, and scroll through the videos.

For those who enjoy “walking through” a cottage home with plenty of time to check out details and space flow, Simple Life also offers self-guided 3D cottage home tours powered by Matterport on our website. The Alexander is a great place to start! It’s one of The Village’s most popular cottage home floorplans, and we have a beautiful Alexander ready for quick move-in on homesite 5 in The Village. View the Alexander 3D tour or share it with a friend by clicking here.

The beauty of a self-guided 3D cottage home tour is that you’ll be transported to our tiny homes in an experience words and still photos can’t offer. A 3D tour provides ‘location intelligence’ and an intuitive sense of spatial awareness. To find more self-guided 3D cottage home tours on our website, visit www.simple-life.com. Hover over ‘Find A Home’ in the top menu then click on ‘Floor Plans’ from the dropdown. Click on either North Carolina or Florida, depending on your location preference. You’ll see several models ready to be toured. Click on ‘View Model’ under the house of your choice. On the left of the listing is the Layout Options information. Under the types of floorplans available, there is a video showing the interior of the home. Click it to begin the 3D virtual tour!
