Adventure Awaits Near Lakeshore by Simple Life
Lakeshore by Simple Life is located right in the middle of Florida, with endless opportunity in each direction. Different parts of Florida have different things to offer, but you can find just about anything, from beaches to theme parks, sports to springs. I’ll let you in on a few of my favorite spots in Florida, where some of the best adventures await.
On the west coast of Florida, one of my favorite places to visit is the Tampa area, because it really caters to many different desires. Downtown Tampa features one of my favorite neighborhoods, Hyde Park, with shopping, dining and lots to explore. Then there’s downtown St. Pete, which runs along the bay and has one of the most stunning piers I have ever walked. Grab a meal or a cocktail at sunset, it will be a view you won’t forget! Tampa is also home to some sports teams you might have heard of… the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Tampa Bay Lighting to name some. When you’re ready to escape the crowds, Clearwater beach is the perfect oasis to check out from the world and get some relaxation in.
It’s no secret that Orlando is one of the tourist capitals of the country, with three major theme parks. Well, you might not realize just how close Lakeshore is to my favorite one, Disney World. Just 59 miles away, Disney is home to four theme parks, two water parks, and over a dozen resorts. The best part is, they all have a different experience to offer. Magic Kingdom is the place to bring your grandkids. This park has the most rides, characters and Disney magic. Grab your friends and head to Epcot for the night and taste cuisine and cocktails around the world in the World Showcase. For the outdoor enthusiasts, Animal Kingdom awaits with a safari, a few thrill rides and popular shows. Outside of the theme parks, Orlando also has a variety of sports teams, from the UCF Knights to the Orlando Magic. When the Magic aren’t playing, Amway center is the concert hub of Orlando.
Lakeshore is very close to many different springs, far too many to name here. One of the most popular is Ichetucknee, where you can do just about anything. Some experiences include camping, biking, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, snorkeling, scuba diving, star gazing and tubing. Ichetucknee is the ultimate spot for the outdoor enthusiast. If you’re looking for something a little closer to home, Rainbow Springs State Park is only 38 miles away, perfect for a day trip.
